My first cartoon of the year is finally complete! This June 11th, check out my fan production, Collect the Crystals!

Reaching the point in my productions that I can finally say:

My Crash short "Collecting Crystals" will be released in July

While the next Tails from Planet Symma short "What's Funny" I am aiming for around November

Reflecting on 2020 now that it's New Years Eve, truthfully it was a mixed bag for me personally. There were a lot of struggles especially around the end that have tested me. I had started dealing with a lot of overwhelming doubts that made me grow more and more cynical, and sadly I am still wrestling with those doubts even now.

However, despite the hardships I will say this is easily my most accomplished year I ever had. This is the first year that I managed to complete TWO whole animated shorts, and one of them being the first starring my own cast of characters. There are literally no words that can accurately describe how thankful and happy I am to the positive feedback people have been giving them both, as it's the one thing that has managed to give me some confidence in the whole year : D

Going forward into the New Year, I genuinely have no idea how it will turn out. I am still wrestling with some cynicism about if things will be better, or if the new year will prove to be just as if not more challenging. All I know for sure, is I don't plan on stopping with creating new shorts, so here is hoping that I can continue to improve with the new projects I have in the works

So I just found out today that some guy named waluigitoast had reuploaded my TF2 short to YouTube, and is trying to claim that he created and this Newgrounds account is his... yeah going to be going through reporting this troll xD

For the rest of December I decided to give myself a break from trying to produce any new art or work on animating so I could recover a bit from a bit of overworking on the Pac-Man short. As soon as the new year starts I plan to jump right into production on two new shorts, one of them being another original short with my characters : D

On another note, one part of my break that has not been fun was finding out my Pac-Man short got reposted on to YouTube with out asking me... Thats how you know your work has gotten attention xD

I did try asking politly for them to remove the video but have gotten no responce, so having to go through the process to get it taken down through YouTubes report system... Fuuuuuuuuun xD

Sadly due to a lot of conflicting issues happening the past couple of months, my next animated short was unable to meet the intended deadline ^ ^; My current goal at this point is to just get it out at some point before the year ends but I will be sure to announce the new release date once I have completed all the major animation.

I apologize immensely for delay, this year has sadly not been my best in terms of meeting deadlines

So I just wanted to take some time to say thank you all for the very positive reception to the most recent short! : D

I legitimate didn't think while animating it that it would get much fanfare and I have been blown away by not only the positive reception, but also the desire by many for more of these characters.

All I can say on that for the time being is that if things go according to plan, namely finalizing the script and casting, there should be another short in the series next year x3

In the meantime there is one more short I was wanting to get produced this year to coincide with an anniversary, though since I am behind scedule due to the delays with the Pilot we will see if this will meet it's original deadline x3

After so many delays, I am finally drawing this project to a close.

This Friday will be the release of my very first original animated short! : D

So unfortunately, it seems my next animation project may not be ready in time for this month.

I underestimated how overwhelming the work load an 8 minute short would be for one person to do so I still have a ways to go before this is complete. I will announce a new release date as soon as I am more closer to completion

So, sadly I won't be able to post any new art pieces for the next few months. On top of feeling like I am running dry on ideas my self imposed deadline is coming up in a few months so I got to get cracking on that to finish it up.

We'll see if in that time I can get any inspiration ^ ^
