The disappointing part to is they aren't even a interesting troll, after awhile they just gave up trying and fell into the generic "haha thanks for the views on my video" type... Good thing I reported it for take down xD
Sorry to hear about this, wish there was some way to help out sorting this problem, but I don't think the video flag options are helpful for me to use.
